    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what is interesting is that even when CAJ writes to these entities, they take forever to respond. There are two letters in my office. One is by the CAJ asking the Kenya Dairy Board to respond, and it has been over a year. I have another letter by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to Kakuzi Limited on that gentleman whose hand was chopped off. Many people come to my office - as a Senator - so that I can help them access administrative justice. I congratulate Sen. Were because it means that there will be staff that will be responsible for these kinds of procedures."
