    "content": "(d) by deleting the definition of the term “person suffering from mental illness and substituting therefor the following new definition— “person with mental illness” means a person who has been found to be so suffering under this Act and includes— (a) a person suffering from maternal mental illness; and (b) a person diagnosed with mental impairment due to alcohol or substance abuse.
