"content": "(5) The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to information and communication technology and the Commission on Administrative Justice, make regulations on access to information under this section. (6) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (5), such regulations may provide for— (a) the procedure for making an application for access to information under this section; (b) the procedure for the processing of an application and availing the information applied for; and (c) the duration within which the information requested under this section shall be made available. (i) in the proposed new section 3I (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e)—"
