"content": "Under the law of Presidential Pardon, what is provided for is for petty criminals to be released. If the Assistant Minister does not understand what âpetty casesâ or âpetty criminalsâ mean, I will help him. These are minor offences like traffic offences and disorderly conduct. Those who are petty criminal offenders cannot just become hardcore criminals. So, I want him to confirm whether, indeed, the Presidential Pardon had been including hardcore criminals and who has been giving this advice to the President to give release them."
