    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 43 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the proposed new section 45 – (i) by inserting the words “or unit as the case may be” immediately after the words “in to a mental health facility” in subsection (1); (ii) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefore the following new subsection— (2) Where a person who is admitted into a mental health facility or unit, escapes, a police officer, a person employed in such mental health facility or unit, or any other person authorized by the person in charge of the mental health facility or unit may, upon finding such person, convey that person into the mental health facility or unit."
