    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this Act shall provide for the establishment, control, management and development of national museums and the identification, protection, conservation and transmission of the cultural and national heritage of Kenya. Once this Bill is passed, the county governments will have a way of setting up museums in their counties, and they will have regulations on how to control them. They will also have a board to manage the museums; in this case the necessary regulations to develop will be stipulated in this particular Bill. The Bill will also help to identify ways of protecting the museums, together with the materials that are supposed to be conserved in those particular areas."
