    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I urge the Senate to quickly pass this Bill because there was an attempt last time by the National Assembly to pass the Appropriations Bill, which has been challenged by the Executive itself. We are aware that both levels of Government cannot proceed without the Division of Revenue Bill. Since we have the Bill, whether the other House introduces the Bill in that House and proceeds with it, which is within their right, it is also our right but no time, no Bill can pass without one House’s concurrence. Let us pass our Bill and as soon as the message gets to the other House, we can deal with the matter thereafter."
