    "content": "The recruitment was done strictly in accordance with the Ministry’s policies and guidelines. The process was conducted with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, merit and transparency in accordance with the Public Officers Ethics Act, 2003. The candidates were awarded marks against academic and professional certificates - Masters, basic degree, post-graduate diploma and diploma certificates. Other factors that were also considered during the interviews were equity, duration after graduation, communication ability, moral character, special talents and willingness to participate in co-curricular activities. No disciplinary action will be taken since we strictly implemented the recruitment policy and guidelines without any irregularities. Further, the TSC Vetting Committee scrutinized all the application forms submitted by the DEO with a special consideration and first priority for employment to qualified candidates from the local community.
