    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, let me say that the hon. Member has raised a very pertinent issue. It is, indeed, the concern of the Ministry that people are given the opportunity to serve in areas that they originate from. That is because they will give the best service there. At the same time, we will not want to compromise on quality by just employing anybody. So, subject to reasonable quality, we undertake to make sure that the recruits are from that area."
