    "content": "When you see that it is the mandate of the county to provide, enhance and give the space for cultural activities and public entertainment as well as public amenities, then in an instance, you see potential. Our young people have to appreciate that gone are the days when we were just training doctors and people for white collar jobs. We are now going into talents. We are seeing more and more change in the society and the environment, as it is in the West, where we appreciate dance and music as part of careers. It is these platforms at the counties that can provide these places for the young people to express themselves. If the space has been set up properly for them, it will provide them with an income. It is the mandate of county governments to give these spaces for the young people."
