    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Paragraph 25 of the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution assigns the responsibility of ancient and historical monuments of national importance to the national Government. The Bill is suggesting that we get deeper into this and have what we call the county museums in all our counties, which will help us. This is provided in the general function in Clause 6 of the Bill through the deletion of Section 5 of the Act and replacement thereof with the new Section."
