    "content": "I also urge the State to release the funds which are currently still with the Government. A judgment was rendered by the High Court directing some monies to be paid to Hon. Kenneth Matiba. However, I have been informed that money has not been released partially, and not in totality. Therefore, I urge the Government to consider releasing that money."
