    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I would also like to bring to the attention of this House the judgment that was rendered regarding Hon. Kenneth Matiba’s case. There were several prayers. One of them was punitive and compensatory damages. The second one was general damages and the third one was loss of business. The main thing that the High Court ruled for him to be compensated was financial losses. The one concerning punitive or exemplary damages was not considered by the High Court."
