    "content": "The students have visited the Senate at a very good time when both sides of the House are united in defending devolution. This is the House that debates the issue that touch on the welfare of counties. I encourage the students to be guided by the proceedings of the Senate and be inspired to one day join the Senate or the other legislative arms of this Government to push forward the agenda of devolution in this country."
