    "content": "should be encouraged that the Speaker of the Senate comes from Bungoma County. The same Bungoma produced a former Vice President, the late hon. Wamalwa. For that reason, these children should be aiming high. I would like to remind the students that when one is young, they make their decisions. The former President of the United States of America (USA), Bill Clinton, made a decision to go to White House when he visited when President Kennedy was the president. In his biography, former President Bill Clinton says that he made a decision to work towards becoming the President of USA. I, therefore, encourage these students that as long as they work hard and keep God as their guide and listen to people whom they have been entrusted to like their parents and teachers, they will go far. I urge the student to remain focused. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
