    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, apart from the production of sugar, we have other by-products; these come from the process of producing sugar; examples are molasses, ethanol, coal generation, et cetera . Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that, in future, farmers will also be paid part of the benefits that the companies get from the sale of these other products arising from the sugar production process? The farmers do not benefit in any way, from these by-products. So, could he assure this House that in future, farmers will also be given part of the money realised from the sale of those by-products?"
