    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not satisfied with the answer given by the Assistant Minister. That area has been neglected for years since Independence. The railway line was abandoned and whatever is there is being vandalized. I am surprised that the Assistant Minister can watch as the whole railway line is being abandoned by people and does not take any action and wait for the EAC to do a master plan. When will the Ministry take its assertive role and do something on this railway line between Voi and Taveta?"
