    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Senate Sessional Committee on Public Accounts and Investments on the Fiduciary Risk Report on audit issues by County Governments for the Financial Years 2012/13 to 2015/16. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also wish to inform the House that this Report can be found on the online portal. It is called e-Parliament. It is a 78-page Report. Previously, we were used to getting hard copies of the report on the clerks’ Table. However, I wish to inform Members that they can peruse that Report on the iPads before them. I want to guide Members that they might want to look at the introduction and the observations and recommendations that are found on pages 55 to 66, at the end of the Report.
