    "content": "rehabilitate the Nanyuki line but not directly from Nairobi. The Lamu Port is going to create an opening in the northern region of Kenya. So, we are going to have a major inter-change in Isiolo. Isiolo is going to be a big place. One lane would come from Isiolo and then it will join the Nanyuki one up to Nairobi. The other one would go up to Moyale to join Ethiopia. The other one will go up to Lokichoggio and Juba. So, this master plan is what is in place. As we speak now, the work is starting in Lamu Port. I can assure you that, all that has been considered and within a very short time, this would start coming up."
