"content": "On a point of order, Madam. Temporary Speaker. I do not know whether I should be addressing it to my colleague. I want to point out that first, we have been having a very senior Parliamentarian in the House who, when he was passing by, we asked him what was happening. He said that he has been pressing the button on his console. I have been wondering whether it appears on your board, because the tradition of the House is that seniority in the House counts. I am not giving directions to the Chair, and let is not be mistaken. I am simply trying to put it on record that seniority in the House really matters, particularly on Parliamentarians who have been here long before us, and have made Kenya what it is today. That is why we are enjoying the fruits of Uhuru."
