    "content": "It will have created employment for the youth, which is the biggest concern for this country. Unemployment is a major concern. I am sure that most of us whenever we go home, the concerns we have from our parents, family members and everyone else is on what we are doing about our siblings who are not working. We must address that. I believe by addressing this, we will have addressed that problem by default. There are other things we can do as a country to encourage and grow our exports. In Kenya today, God has given us a beautiful environment. With minimal effort, we are able to grow a lot. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, some Members have constituted a baraza near me. I am not able to hear myself."
