    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am Kenyan and when I spoke, I was describing a Kenyan. I am Kenyan. So, you can guess that probably I am driving a foreign car and dressed in foreign clothes. We are in love with foreign things that even where we produce our local things, we do not want to consume them. So, if we are to sort out the problem of trade deficit in this country, we must walk the talk. I have heard Members of Parliament talking about Rwanda. Last year, Rwanda decided to ban importation of second hand clothes. The President of the United States of America, President Trump, said Rwanda will be removed from some list.
