    "content": "To the best of my knowledge as Chairman of the BAC, we are not only its originator but we are its owners. We have the Bill published, but it is yet to be considered by the Committee. We are in the process of awaiting views from members of the public after which we will table a Report and have the Bill debated in this House. However, I have seen another Bill and have read in the media that there is a Bill purportedly published by the Senate that is also titled: “The Division of Revenue Bill.”"
