Speaker, my argument has always been and remains that, that particular provision refers to a Bill and there are two Bills in Article 218: The Division of Revenue Bill and County Allocation of Revenue Bill. If the reference is to a Bill, my understanding should be County Allocation of Revenue Bill. Since the Supreme Court had pronounced itself in form of the advisory opinion, we can treat it that both Bills are referred to and that either House can originate the Bill. However, let us deal with it when that time comes. Thank you."
