I think ultimately for the sanity of Parliament as a House it is better that the issues between the Senate and the National Assembly are solved away from the Judiciary. This is because if we establish a precedent of the Judiciary solving our issues then, we cede a significant portion of our own authority which is granted by the Constitution."
