    "content": "My gratitude is that on our part we have not gone to court. I think we would only urge our brothers in the Senate to avoid rushing to court over issues which concern Parliament. The truth of the matter is that we have one Parliament with two Houses. Personally, I have never imagined a situation where either House of Parliament went to court against the other. What concerns me and the only issue which has not been addressed is that the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee has indicated we have published another Division of Revenue Bill."
