    "content": "or in any available public land. That is the only way their rights can be enforced especially today where Kenyans live as squatters in their own country. This should be dissuaded and discouraged. People should be accorded their fair rights. As I support these recommendations, I urge the Committee and the Government to ensure that my constituents - who are affected by similar circumstances - are also resettled and their problem is resolved once and for all. With those remarks, I support this Report and urge that it be adopted by this House."
