    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Report and commend the Departmental Committee on Lands for taking time to understand the situation in this particular settlement. I had a chance to visit this particular settlement, and a number of things are very clear. One, there is no reverse to the settlement in that area. Two, a lot of public and private investments have already been made in that area. Therefore, it is good that the Committee recommends that quick action be taken to settle the people who are already there.
