    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, many hon. Members here talked about the recent amnesty on illegal arms. I know last year, the Government did a commendable job. However, it seems from the communities’ point of view and we their leaders, this was just a public relations exercise. What actually happened was that those communities who surrendered their illegal arms voluntarily are the ones who are now suffering. In fact, they are the one who are now facing the biggest threat of insecurity to their livelihood. So, we wonder what the Government was doing then with their public relations exercise. I think it is the high time that this House brought the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to do the things that it promised to do after this public relations exercise."
