    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there was that huge debate as to whether we should leave this very important institution to the Ministry of Defence. Even by visiting San Marco as it was known then, I was asking the Chair of the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations why they thought of changing the name, but Hon. Wamalwa has alluded to the fact that it is named after a scientist. San Marco, as is commonly known in the country, is a very important institution for this country. It is most unfortunate that information is collected in this country and the neutrality of the Malindi Space Centre is better placed in Malindi than in any other place in the world."
