    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. We are not talking about the Report per se. The Assistant Minister alleged, and if he feels that that is not contrary, then he could withdraw, that the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security is doing a PR exercise and that it is not serving the people it is intended to serve. We have a problem with that statement. So, we are seeking the Chair’s direction. If it is possible, the Assistant Minister should withdraw that statement."
