    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 48 of the Bill be further amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2)- (3) A person who is convicted of an offence under subsection (1) (c) shall, in addition to any fine that may be imposed, refund to the scheme three times the value of any loss that may be incurred by the scheme by reason of the commission of the offence."
