    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 55 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclauses immediately after subclause (6)— (7) The Auditor General shall cause an actuarial audit and valuation to be carried out with respect to the closed schemes within six months upon the commencement of this Act to ascertain the following for the purpose of transitional management— (a) assets acquired by the schemes; (b) liabilities accrued by the schemes; and (c) employees of the schemes. (8) The Auditor General shall submit a report on the findings of the audit and valuation to the Board, the Senate and the National Assembly within three months of carrying out of the audit under subsection (7)."
