    "content": "THAT the Schedule is amended in paragraph 2 by deleting subparagraphs (1) and (2) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraphs— (1) The quorum of a meeting of the Board shall be five Trustees present and voting and shall include at least two Trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (b), (c), (d) or (e) and at least three Trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (f). (2) For special meetings, the quorum shall be six Trustees present and voting and shall include at least three Trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (b), (c), (d) or (e) and at least four Trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (f)."
