    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I only took a point from a report which said that powerful politicians are acting in a manner supportive to some of those activities. That is why I was throwing the challenge to our leaders from those areas to put their heads together with a view to seeking permanent solutions that will be backed by adequate resources to stamp out that practice once and for all because the new Constitution actually demands that we do so. Initiative must come from the ground. I am sure that you know we can do these things. Thank you."
