    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I once went to Israel and found that the descendants of Jethro are the ones who give more security because of their ability or character. Some of the recommendations could be that when they are recruiting people into the armed forces, more should come from those communities because they are good. But what happens is that when they are recruiting people into the armed forces, they take more people from the densely populated areas and just post one or two to those areas. In the Ninth Parliament many street children, both boys and girls, were taken to the National Youth Service (NYS). We also tried to ensure that our children, who might not be on the streets, but sit under trees in the name of cattle rustlers, were taken to the NYS, but they were taken because they had some education. The Government should know how to integrate people without education."
