"content": "have gotten jobs?â Is that enough to bring development that is supposed to stop the insecurity that we are currently suffering? We must see the good and the bad. The Government is asleep. Fortunately, issues such as corporal punishment of our communities when our cattle are raided, and then you raid the cattle of the poorest of the pastoralists, cannot take place because we have been protected by the new Constitution. With the creation of the counties, we hope and pray that the influence of this very insensitive Central Government on issues affecting pastoralists will come to an end. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
