    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I started by saying that I will attempt to talk like a person with a military background. I know my good friend, Hon. (Dr.) Eseli, has a military background. When you meet good friends like Dr. Eseli, they give very minimal information for security reasons. This is also what I encountered when I was trying to interrogate the military. They give you very minimal information in the name of security reasons. Because our Constitution requires that we do public participation, we got some information. That is the far I will go.
