    "content": "The Ministry of Defence later on appointed a negotiating committee in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 to enter into negotiation on the Narok land issue. Currently, the Ministry is in the process of acquiring 876 acres for the FOB. The increase from 570 acres to 876 acres is due to the size of the individual parcel of land which will be purchased as whole. The owner of the parcel said he would sell it all instead of the 570 acres because he would not know what to do with the remainder with the military as a neighbour."
