    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have heard the Chairperson of the Committee move the Motion. My concerns are truly important. Environmental impact assessment was not done properly. The land that the military has purchased has close proximity to a national game reserve. That was an issue that the Committee was supposed to have taken into consideration. Again, this is land that we call a migratory corridor and in essence, it is going to affect a lot as far as wildlife is concerned. Of much concern is what the Chair of the Committee has put across. Having acquired 876 acres and the military requires 5,000 acres, their concern is the neighbouring land which is in dispute."
