    "content": "The justification for this project was well given by the Chair of the Committee. This is a matter that touches on national security. As we speak, our airspace is covered to a maximum of 60 per cent. If you look at that cover, you will find that geographically, some areas of the country, especially the southern and western corridors, are not well covered. So, the justification for acquiring land in Narok was well thought out. We had a chance to visit the area and we were shown a specific site where they wanted to mount the radar."
