    "content": "The first issue was with regard to interface with the Mara Game Reserve ecosystem, which has been pointed out here. The second issue was to do with the presence of the military in that area. I must tell you that the site is quite away from the beaten track. Some people felt that the presence of the military in that area could have some negative effects. Thirdly, there were some complaints about the price offered. Most of them felt that the price offered was below the market value. Fourthly, there were issues to do with the way the land was procured. Some people felt that there could have been issues of corruption involved. Finally, there were issues of due diligence."
