    "content": "I urge this House to seriously look at the Report and approve it because we want to move from here and go to the next two sites. One of the concerns I have picked from this House is a concern by a Member as to why the radar was procured before the land was acquired. That is a serious and genuine concern. I can assure this House that this was brought out very clearly and we thought it was not the right thing to do. The right thing would have been to have the land first and then acquire the radar. It is something we have noted and will bring it out clearly."
