    "content": "If somebody is out to dispose of a piece of land and the buyer must just be the military, he is trying to sanctify land and sell it to the strongest so that if issues will emerge at the end of the day, they will be faced with barrels of guns as opposed to the barrel of the mouth where people can debate issues. The mere fact that the military is targeted for the sale becomes suspect. Even if security would become an issue and issues of security are always shrouded and obscured in mystery, then you ask whether the Maa Community has become so insecure that they need the presence of the military. We know of many places that have attracted the wrath of bad boys such as Kapedo and many areas which are undergoing cattle rustling. If that is an issue, then let us take the military camps to them.
