    "content": "On the issue of environment impact assessment, which has been alleged not to have been done, in October last year, when the NEMA appeared before the Committee, they said that they were yet to do the environment impact assessment. That position is also captured in the Report. However, by February this year, NEMA had done the assessment. We had told them, as a Committee that we would not proceed until they did the environment impact assessment. Their certificate is attached to the Report."
