    "content": " Thank you. I think Mhe. Mabongah wanted to support my sentiment that, indeed, there was no public participation. From the Report, there was objection from the community in as far as due diligence was concerned. From the Report, there was a concern and letters were written to the Committee by the affected communities for failure to undertake a proper feasibility study on the environmental impact.
