    "content": "Secondly, the two recommendations say that the Ministry of Defence should carry out due diligence on the ownership of the proposed land. My thinking is that the Committee ought to have recommended that the process be stalled until the ownership of the land has been justified by the Ministry itself, but we do not know if the process is continuing as they find out about the ownership of the land. The second point says that in the event of future expansions and other related projects, the Ministry of Defence should carry out due diligence again. I thought you do due diligence before going there and doing all these other things. I thought due diligence should have been done first so that this Committee should have been telling us whether due diligence was done or not."
