    "content": "It was interesting because the military told us they cannot go there because it is inhabitable and inaccessible. If the military cannot access those places, how do we expect the people of Samburu and even other communities to access them? They should go there and open up that area. We are ready to give them as much land in that area so that they can open it up and reduce some of the vices challenging us with regard to matters security."
