We are seeking an okay for only 876 acres and nothing more. Actually, the military wanted 570 acres only for Phase I. The parcel of land they found, which is privately owned by one individual, is 876 acres. The owner said: “I cannot sell half. If you need, take it all.” That is why it moved from 570 to 876."
