(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide details of the challenges faced by the Pensions Department in processing retirement benefits for retirees? (ii) What are the requirements and administrative procedures for access to retirement benefits? (iii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to simplify the procedures and reduce time taken for the pensioners to receive their dues?"
